Sponsor a Child

The Stratton ABC Foundation aims to supply high quality loving care within homely setting to disadvantaged children in and around Chiang Mai Province.

To this end we intend to employ ‘house parents’ over and above the  license required levels as and when the numbers of children residing at Stratton House increase.

Many of the children we are liable to encounter will require long term residency to ensure consistent educational placements. Many may also need delicate care and counselling to help them deal with issues from their past. As with any child there will be medical issues from time to time.

Excursions are  important to help the children begin to enjoy life the way children should; both educational and leisure trips to help them socialise and understand more of both their local culture and the wider world.

A healthy nutritious diet will help to keep illness at bay and lay good foundations for future health and welfare.

We at Stratton ABC Foundation are committed to doing our up most to ensure that all these needs are met.

As a Foundation we will be dependent on the good will of supporters.

You can sponsor individual children and get personalised updates by email, exchange letters, gifts .

Our child sponsorship rate is 20 pounds sterling a month. To ensure the high standard care that we promise, please be aware that we are looking for up to 4 sponsors for each child. When a child has full sponsorship this will be made clear on their individual profile page.

Any letters or gifts to the child should be addressed to the Foundation and will be checked before being given to the child. Please avoid giving or asking for personal contact details. These precautions are in place to ensure the safety of our children. Supervised skype calls may be possible.

In the case of gifts please keep them simple, nothing extravagant or excessive.

I, my staff and my friends and supporters have given a commitment, we need you to help us keep it.

Please visit the children’s profile pages now.
