Tai

Tai is 13 years old and came to us on 27th December 2009. Tai lived in a poor village estate close to the town of Phua , in Nan Province. He is a quiet boy, very good natured and keen to do well at school.

His father was desperate to find a placement for Tai as he was in an area where it is common for teenage boys to get into the wrong ways of life.

From what Tai has said about his old school we believe he had also had a problem with bullying.

He is a keen artist and shows some skill for a boy his age.

His favourite school subject is Maths, but he is not sure what he wants to do later in life.

Update: Tai has continued to impress in all areas of life here at Stratton House. He studies hard and in tests in October was 2nd in his grade class. He has started to use mind maps which he sticks on his bedroom wall. He has done much work out in the garden and takes care of our 5 dogs. At this time he is doing his best to train the 3 puppies.

His art work improves all the time and he has now started to learn the guitar.

This is certainly a boy who will go far.
