Nu is 9 years old and came to us, from a poor village estate near the town of Phua in Nan Province, on 27th December, 2009.

Similar to all the children that came to us this day, Nu is a very happy, friendly girl and has been one of the first to get over that initial shyness.

Her favourite subjects in school are Maths and Art and she thinks she would like to be a Doctor in later life.

She has been very keen to take part in our, now daily, English classes and has become best friends with Yong.
